Bill Dendy
William (Bill) Dendy JD, MBA, CPA, PFS, CFP®, CLU, President of Elite Financial Management, has over 26 years of professional experience in investments and financial planning in Dallas. He works with individual investors helping them coordinate the aspects of their financial lives, including taxation, investments, insurance, financial and estate planning. Bill has an MBA with a concentration in finance from Southern Methodist University, and holds the designations of Certified Public Accountant, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™, and Chartered Life Underwriter. Bill also earned his Juris Doctorate from SMU and is a practicing Attorney. He teaches Certified Financial Planner Certification classes at SMU and various investment seminars through local continuing education programs.
Bill began his financial career in 1992 with Shearson, Lehman, Hutton. In 1997, he joined the independent firm, Prospera Financial Services, serving as an “Advisor to the Advisor” in the role of Products and Services Director, while continuing to work with a select group of individual clients. Bill founded Elite Financial Management, Inc. in 2003 and serves as its President and Financial Consultant. Bill is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Society of Financial Service Professionals, the State Bar Association, the Rotary eClub of District 5810 and American Mensa. He is regularly featured as a financial expert on Fox News radio and television programs, and is a contributing author of 21st Century Wealth. Last year Bill was honored as the district’s Rotarian of the Year, and also named a Five Star Professional Wealth Manager* in Dallas/Ft. Worth for three consecutive years.
